Record downloads: nearly 260,000 customers are using eKesco
The eKesco application is massively being used by the Kosovar population. The number of customers using it has reached nearly 260,000. Only during the last two weeks of July, this number has been increased by 1300 new customers, making the application one of the most used in Kosovo.
In order to be as close as possible to consumers, KESCO has launched weeks ago the new version of the application, and also a campaign for its promotion, as it is estimated that it greatly facilitates the services that consumers require.
In addition to the media and social networks, the 'With one touch' campaign is also focused on Pristina Airport, "Adem Jashari", where KESCO has set up two stands, one on arrival and one on departure area, in order to offer the application as closer to compatriots. Electricity payments that they can make through the application wherever they are in the world, has greatly facilitated the life of them, who have many properties in Kosovo.
Payments from the application have increased by almost 50 percent, as more and more consumers are using the electronic form, which is quite sophisticated through the security of the banking system, instead of physically going to the counters.
In addition to payments, the application has also found wide use in other services, such as various requests/complaints, notifications related to the electricity situation, related to the state of the consumer's meter, downloading the consumer's bill and many other services.
The new design has increased the attractiveness of the navigation and user experience, as most of those who have downloaded the application are active users and have expressed themselves quite satisfied with the new version.
