
KESCO opens a special line for businesses
The business community in a country plays a vital role in the country's economy, considering the improvement of the employment rate. In this regard, KESCO has opened a special line of business in the Customer Care Office in Pristina, as a new concept for facilitating the services for commercial customers, as well as for residential customers.
In order to offer the best services, the fastest answers, and the acceptance of different requests, from both types of customers, each one now has its own line. So now there is a special line for commercial customers and a line for residential customers.
In addition, after continuous meetings with business associations, KESCO has already opened a direct channel for communication with businesses, for which a management team has been assigned to deal directly with each of their requests.
