KESCO informs the public that it has undertaken all necessary measures to ensure a stable electricity supply for consumers during the end-of-year holidays and on New Year’s Eve, in accordance with the current conditions of the power system and the level of consumption.

Considering the increased energy consumption during this period, KESCO, as the supplier, is in continuous contact and coordination with the technical operators, namely the distribution and transmission system operators, with the aim of timely managing any potential situations and addressing possible overloads in the network, especially during peak hours tonight on New Year’s Eve.

At the same time, in order to remain close to consumers during tonight as well, KESCO has increased the capacity of its Call Center by engaging additional staff to provide prompt responses and timely information regarding any potential situations related to electricity supply.

We call on all consumers to show increased care and to save electricity wherever possible, especially during peak hours. Rational use of electricity contributes directly to system stability and to a secure supply for all consumers.

KESCO thanks consumers for their understanding and continuous cooperation, while appealing for electricity to be used responsibly and rationally during this period of increased consumption.
