Electricity payments increased by 74 percent through the eKESCO application
The eKESCO application is growing in all its parameters. Through this application, electricity payments have recorded the largest increase during the month of August.
During August this year, compared to the month of August 2023, electricity payments through the application have increased by nearly 74 percent, nearly 19,000 payment transactions have been carried out from 9,500 during the previous August, or an increase of 99 percent.
This increase occurred after the transition to the new version of the application. KESCO, in order to be as close as possible to its customers, in the middle of July and during the month of August, had set up two stands at the International Airport of Pristina, "Adem Jashari", one at departures and one at arrivals. The focus was the diaspora, as payments can be made from all over the world through the application.
Parallel to the increase in payments, the number of consumers using eKESCO has also increased. In the last month alone, the application has about 4,000 more consumers, reaching 264,000 users.
These numbers make eKESCO one of the most loved and used applications in Kosovo.
Also, in addition to payments, this application has managed to be widely used in other services that eKesco offers, such as various requests/complaints, notifications for planned network works, bill download and many other services.
All the changes that have been made in the new version of our application have been made with the sole purpose of further improving the user experience, having easier communication and much faster services from wherever you are.
In addition, the front of the application is much more modern, adapting to the times and innovative development.
