Following the decision of the Energy Regulatory Office to liberalize the electricity market, as of June 1, a significant number of commercial consumers have transitioned from regulated tariffs to the open market – thus becoming deregulated consumers.

To provide support and guidance for this new category of consumers, KESCO has designated its KESCO Premium center, located on Fehmi Agani Street in Prishtina (at "Kafet e Vogla"), to offer these services.

KESCO Premium has for years served as a customer center, and recently it has also become the office dedicated to serving businesses operating in the free electricity market, who wish to choose KESCO as their supplier.

All commercial consumers who are currently in the open market or are expected to transition soon are welcome to visit this office to receive detailed information, professional consultation, and to complete the process of signing a supply contract with KESCO.
