1. How to become residential (household) customer of KESCO?

To be registered as new household customer, you should appear at the customer services counters and fill the application for new connection. With him he must have identification document. From KESCO teams will be performed the technical acceptance. Then you will make request for connection and sign a contract for the supply of electricity.
KESCO will make the connection of meter to customer within 48 hours of receipt of the request for connection.
After that, the customer will have legal status and can enjoy all the rights according to the contract signed for the supply of electricity.

2. How to become a commercial customer?

To be registered as new commercial customer, you should appear at the customer services counters and fill the application for new connection. With him he must have identification document and business certificate. From KESCO teams will be performed the technical acceptance. Then you will make request for connection and sign a contract for the supply of electricity.
KESCO will make the connection of meter to customer within 48 hours of receipt of the request for connection.
After that, the customer will have legal status and can enjoy all the rights according to the contract signed for the supply of electricity.

3.How to execute/realize a request in KESCO?

All you who are customers of KESCO JSC, can make request for various services. KESCO JSC staff will try to implement these requests as quick as possible, while respecting the legislation in force, under which KESCO functions.

5. How to make a suggestion, request, compliment or complaint about the services provided by KESCO staff?

To make a suggestion, request, compliment or complaint you can submit it by filling out the appropriate form and place it in the suggestion boxes in all districts / sub districts of KESCO.

6. Where can I report an abuse by KESCO official but also abuse by citizens?
KESCO JSC has Internal Audit Unit, which ensures that the company is profitable and at customer service. For any misconduct or illegal acts, coming from the employees of the company or by non-conscious citizen you may report it to our phone numbers and with e-mail that can be found in KESCO webpage, in section Announce misuse!
7. Where can I find information concerning the electricity bill?

Electricity bill at the beginning of each month comes to your house. Other possibility is taking the bill online. Also, you can print your bill at every Customer Care Center.

8. How to look the bill online?
To watch online bill you must register. Registration procedures you can read in Manual of registration for bill online.

10. What are the methods of payment of electricity?
KESCO JSC offers few methods of electricity payment, which you can find in KESCO webpage, section Bill and Payment
11. Can I pay the electricity bill through services e-banking in the bank where I operate, even if the contract with KESCO is not in my name (example: bill of parents or landlord)?
Yes, you can perform payments through these services if you have agreement with bank whith which you operate. It is sufficient that in the moment of performing the payment to fill in correctly information requested from you.
12. My tenant has not paid electricity bills and now is gone. Who should pay for them?

The only holder of contract is recognized the person, name of which is registered in the billing system. Knowing that the bill is executive title, the holder of contract is responsible for paying the obligations. Therefore it is required that mutual agreements for usage of apartment or object, including here also the consumption of electricity, to communicate to us immediately, so that your tenant to be reflected in the billing system as KESCO customer. To enable this, it is required that you appear in our centers (offices) with noted copy of lease contract where you will be signing another declaration for transfer of contract property from you to tenant, after it is taken prior written approval from tenant.

13. What is YOUR IDEA?
Field YOUR IDEA is a new online service of Customer Service Department at KESCO. It is one more option that KESCO offers to customers and also an opportunity for KESCO to improve the quality of its services. Online service enables customers to make a request, suggestion, complaint or notice online and be treated the same as doing it on the desks/counters of KESCO. To access this service, you must register in advance. Registration procedures is the same as the registration of the Online Bill.
